Evelyn and I met about 13yrs ago we are from the same family line and both of us love Genealogy so we met and then continued to share our work and family and just became friends. we laugh and joke about the weather or our pets or just us plain old funny stuff. we both had humor !! She was wonderful in help when I get stuck on a family line and sometime she call me and I would help her.. She keep track of our southern weather and Hurricanes too.. and share with me the many trips she took with Debra and their dogs.. she Loved doing that and seeing old places .. Evelyn deep down you find had a warm heart she show it in so many ways .. I was lucky to understand whom she was and had that joy of our friendship and time we had together over our phone calls. Oh yes she bite me and yell when she was sure I was worng but that's OK that was just Evelyn and she make me smile anyway! It's funny how life goes her grandmother and grandfather took care of My Mom when she lost her Mom at age 9. she lived with them on the farm.. best memory was the Wine they made and kept it in the Cellar.. They serve it when they had company and they send Mom down to refil the pitcher and she forget to come up. Evelyn claims is was the best wine ever. Think Mom loved it too!! She tell me stories of our family that her Grandma told her. That's was a gift!! I will always treasure!..I truly miss my cousin and friend and my phone wil ring less now. I'm going to miss that. ..
